A full paid-traffic system for a garden equipment store
Google Shopping, Search and Performance Max campaigns built around the product feed. Budget $45,356 a month — 1,325 orders and $340,170 in revenue.
Figures as stated in the video review.
I do not just run ads — I build the system that brings the sales in. Traffic from Google Shopping, Search, YouTube and social turns into orders, repeat customers and revenue. Live in 1–2 weeks. Results guarantee.
If the system does not bring you orders in the first month, I work the second month free. Terms
Your store and product feed get shown, but without a system most of that traffic never turns into an order. Here is the rough order of magnitude.
The model is simple and checkable: views → orders → customers → revenue. The rates used are industry averages, not your actual numbers.
a month — as things are set up today
An estimate only. The calculation uses industry averages and is not a promise of results for your business. I will give you exact figures after the free audit.
You do not need a marketing department. You need one person who builds the machine — and automates it.
If the system does not bring you orders in the first month, I work the second month free.
Not a list of services — one system. Each channel does its job, and what comes out the other end are orders you can count.
▶ Many channels — Research & MediaPlan, Google Maps, Google Ads, SEO, YouTube, Facebook & Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email, SMM, Banners & Video Creatives and Website Development — all feed one pipeline: a click becomes a visit, a visit becomes a checkout, a checkout becomes a repeat customer. What you see at the end is the number of orders, not “impressions” and “reach”.
You get on with the job. The machine brings the customers.
Get my free growth planWhat you sell, who your customers are, where your orders come from today.
What shoppers in your country search for, and in what words.
What they promise, what wins them the sale, where the gaps are.
Product feed, store speed, checkout flow, how fast an abandoned cart gets followed up.
A store that explains the offer and turns a visit into a checkout.
I connect the channels and set up order and revenue tracking.
Everything is in your name. I show you how to run it.
Online purchases are rarely made on the first visit. Someone sees your product in Shopping, then in search, then in their feed — and buys once the name is familiar.
A small share of search terms and products brings most of the orders. I find that share first and expand from there, not the other way around.
What matters is not the cost per click, but what a customer costs to acquire and what they are worth over repeat purchases.
Reviews, a clear shipping and returns policy, and a fast checkout influence the purchase more than your ad’s click-through rate.
My projects run across the US, EU and Eastern European markets — different products, same mechanics. I am building my client list in your country right now, and the method is the same one already working for the stores below. You get the attention, and the customer acquisition cost, of a client who came in first — and if you are one of my first Ecom clients in your country and it works, I will ask you for a video testimonial like the ones below. That is the deal.

«Across Google Shopping, dynamic marketing, YouTube, and the Display Network, we reached traffic quality numbers we’d never hit before. What stands out about working with Stanislav: the accuracy of his forecasts, and how fast he moves — you can call, discuss something, and see the change reflected the next day. The reporting was genuinely useful too: a live 12-page dashboard tracking cost per lead, channel performance, everything — not just a static spreadsheet with comments. Five months in, we’re very happy, and we’ve already recommended him for other difficult projects.» — owner, electronics and tools retail chain

My name is Stanislav Pirogov. For more than 10 years, I have helped e-commerce brands, local businesses, service providers and B2B companies attract customers and increase sales through integrated digital marketing.
I bring together Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, SEO, email marketing, analytics, CRM systems and AI-powered automation to create one connected system focused on measurable business outcomes: qualified traffic, orders and profit.
My professional career did not begin in marketing. I graduated from an aerospace university and progressed from a production supervisor to the head of a manufacturing department operating five-axis CNC machining centres at an aircraft factory. This experience gave me a genuine understanding of how businesses work from the inside — from managing teams and production processes to taking responsibility for deadlines, quality and results.
At the same time, I developed an interest in website design and development. One day, I suggested building a website for the factory, and the director approved the idea. That project marked the beginning of my career in digital marketing.
I later completed a marketing programme accredited by the European Marketing Confederation at NIMA. Today, I continue to develop my expertise in analytics, automation, artificial intelligence and modern advertising technologies, allowing me to introduce solutions that help businesses grow faster and more efficiently.
I do not begin by simply launching ads. First, I study the product, market, competitors, target audience and customer journey. I then identify where the store is losing potential traffic and sales before building an integrated system that connects paid advertising channels, the store and product feed, analytics and conversion tracking, CRM and customer data, email and SMS marketing, and automation of routine processes.
My goal is not to spend your advertising budget and present an impressive report filled with clicks. It is to build a measurable and manageable marketing system that consistently generates more qualified traffic, orders and profit.
I am not a traditional agency with account managers, middlemen and layers of communication. You work directly with the specialist who develops the strategy, implements it, monitors performance, optimises the campaigns and takes personal responsibility for the quality of the work.
That is why I only work with a limited number of clients at any one time. Effective marketing requires a deep understanding of the business, ongoing analysis and personal attention. Without these, integrated marketing quickly becomes little more than a standard set of advertising campaigns with no meaningful impact on the bottom line.
My availability is therefore limited. If you are looking for more than someone who simply manages advertising — and want a specialist who will understand your store and build a complete customer acquisition system — get in touch today. I will review your project, assess its potential and let you know whether I can take it on in the near future.
30-minute brief: what you sell, what platform you run on, which products you want to grow.
Market, competitors and an audit of your product feed, store and checkout.
Store, feed and tracking set up, ready to take traffic.
Campaigns launch. This is the "1–2 weeks" in the guarantee.
First report, and the guarantee window closes out.
Every package is a system, not a bundle of services. Not sure which one? Start with the free audit and I will tell you which fits.
You have a store but no product feed or tracking set up properly. You need to be found and trusted.
No ad budget required.

Ad budget is paid directly to the platforms.
No. I work with whatever you already run — Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or a custom build. My job is the traffic and the product feed that sit on top of your platform, not replacing it. If your current setup is actively costing you sales — a broken checkout step, a feed full of disapproved products — I will tell you exactly what it is costing you and let you decide whether to fix it or switch.
I do not keep a fixed storefront schedule either — the campaigns run around the clock, and I catch anything account-breaking — a spend spike, a disapproved product, a feed error — through alerts, not by watching a dashboard live. Messages get a reply within one business day, usually the same day. You will have my direct WhatsApp and email, not a ticket system.
No. You pay Google and Meta directly, from your own card, into ad accounts registered in your business name. I never hold your ad money. My invoice covers the setup fee and the monthly management fee — nothing else.
Two reasons. First, GST credits: when an agency buys the media, the platform’s tax invoice is made out to the agency, and the GST credit goes to them, not you — paid directly, it is yours. On a $3,000 monthly budget that is roughly $270 a month you would otherwise hand away. Second, there is no hidden margin: some agencies buy media in bulk and resell it to you at a mark-up you never see. I physically cannot do that, because your money never passes through me.
You do. Every account is created in your business name and I am added as a manager so I can do the work. If you decide to stop, I remove my access and you keep everything — the campaigns, the conversion history, the audience lists, the pixel and feed data. Ask an agency this question before you sign with them: some of them run your ads inside their own account, which means you leave with nothing and start from zero.
I work under an agreement as an external contractor. GST is not charged on my services — the invoice shows exactly the amount listed on this page. Ad budget is paid by you directly to the platforms, billed to your own details, and is not included in the price.
It depends on your average order value and margin, and I will give you a real number after I look at your product feed and the auction, not before. As a rough shape: under about $1,500 a month rarely buys enough data to learn which products and audiences actually convert. Between $2,000 and $6,000 a month is where most growing online stores land. If your budget is below the point where I think it can work, I will tell you that on the first call and will not take the job.
If you do not get a single order in your first month, I work your second month free. An order is a completed checkout — not an add-to-cart, not a session. It applies from the day campaigns go live, requires the agreed ad budget to have actually run, and requires that your checkout, payment processing and stock levels actually work — I can bring the buyer, I cannot fix a broken checkout for you. "Free" means my management fee; ad spend is still paid to the platforms. Full terms are in the Guarantee section and in the agreement.
One to two weeks from the moment I have access, depending on whether your product feed and tracking need to be rebuilt. The first 30 days are partly a paid learning period — the account is working out which products and audiences turn into sales and which waste your budget — so cost per order typically drops between month one and month three as that data builds up.
Maybe not — send me the link and I will tell you straight. Plenty of stores are fine to advertise to once the tracking is fixed and the product feed is cleaned up. Some stores will burn your ad budget no matter what I do to the campaigns, usually because checkout has too many steps or the mobile experience is slow. If that is yours, I will show you exactly what it is costing you and let you decide.
Yes. The domain stays in your name, the hosting and platform account are yours, and you get full admin access. It is not rented from me and does not switch off if you stop working with me.
No lock-in contracts on ongoing management: monthly support can be stopped with 30 days notice, no exit fee, no clawback of the setup cost. One-off implementation is paid once.
Against an agency: you get the person who actually does the work, not an account manager sitting between you and a junior who runs twenty accounts off a template — and you do not pay for their office or their margin on your media buy. Against a cheap freelancer: I have more than ten years of paid acquisition behind me and I will show you the numbers. Cheap usually means someone who sets up a campaign, turns on automated bidding, and never opens it again — you find that out in month three when you check what an order cost you. I am not the cheapest option in either direction; if price is the deciding factor, I am the wrong call.
About an hour, spread across the first two weeks: a 30-minute brief on what you sell and which products you want to grow; access to your store admin, product feed and any existing ad accounts; and a card to set up billing on the ad accounts. Real product photography and video help more than generic supplier images. After that, I come back to you when there is something to decide.
A live dashboard, not a spreadsheet once a month: spend, orders, revenue, cost per order, which products and searches produced them — open it any time from your phone. Plus a short written summary each month covering what changed, what it cost, and what I am doing next.
I look at your product feed and your market before we speak, so it is not a discovery interview. I will tell you what shoppers in your category are searching for, roughly what an order costs in your space right now, and whether I think this will work for you at the budget you have in mind. If I do not think it will work, I will say so on that call.
I will look at your product feed, your ad accounts and your competitors and show you exactly where sales are leaking away. Free, no obligation — 30 minutes.
